On the Relationship between Reference Consultation and Information Consultation

分析信息产业中参考咨询和信息咨询这两种不同的服务方式 ,认为学术界将两者混淆的原因是它们在许多方面有所关联 ;提出应以规范用词来界定参考咨询与信息咨询的内涵与外延。

Analyses the two different service modes in infomation industry:reference consultation and information consultation and points out that the relationship between the two modes in many aspects makes them confused, thus, standard words should be used to limit their individual connotation and extension.
