摘要
当代教学文化的生成与发展、变革与建构、擢升与超越受到社会因素、师生主体因素和教育理论发展因素的制约。教学文化不仅受到政治、文化和经济等社会因素的影响,也受到师生的教学观念、文化素质、个性心理和道德情操的制约。同时,教育理论的发展也为教学文化提供了绵延不绝的理论滋养,促进了教学文化内涵的丰富和扩大,彰显了教学文化的丰富性和多元性,并为教学文化建构规定了价值取向,指明了教学文化发展的路径与策略。
The formation and development, change and construction, promotion and surpassing of contemporary teaching culture, are affected by social factors, subject factors of teachers and students, and factors of educational theory development. Teaching culture is affected not only by political factors, cultural factors and economic factors, etc., but also by the teaching ideas, cultural qualities, individual mind and moral sentiment of teachers and students. And at the same time, the development of educational theory provides for teaching culture the inexhaustible theoretical nourishment, enriches and expands the cultural connotation of teaching, presents the richness and diversity of teaching culture, stipulates the value orientation for the construction of teaching culture, and shows the ways and strategies for the development of teaching culture.
