摘要
国家标准《GB/T 4459.7-1998机械制图滚动轴承表示法》中规定了圆锥滚子轴承的特征画法。通过将该画法中的矩形宽度与轴承实际宽度进行对比,发现了两个问题:对部分圆锥滚子轴承而言,遵循该画法所得到的图与标准本身所表述矛盾;另外在装配图中不能正确地表达机器的装配关系。为此提出了解决问题的建议供参考。
In the Standard of P.R.C 《 GB/T 4459.7-1998 Mechanical drawings— Representation of rolling bearings》,there is a convention in characteristic drawing of cone roller bearings.By contrasting the width of the drawing to the fact,the article points out two problems： to some cone Roller Bearings,the drawing can’t express the principle of a mechanical system in the assembly drawing;and is contradictory to the words in this standard.The paper provides some suggestions to solve the problem.
