摘要
目的探讨Beclin 1在甲状腺癌中的表达及其意义,并探讨其与甲状腺癌临床参数间的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测45例甲状腺癌中Beclin 1蛋白表达并分析。结果 Beclin 1在甲状腺癌组织中的表达显著下调,并与甲状腺癌淋巴结转移有相关性。结论 Beclin 1在甲状腺癌组织中表达下调,可能与甲状腺癌的发生、发展有关。
Objective To explore the experession and clinical significance of Beclin 1 gene in thyroid cancer,and discuss the clinical parameters with thyroid cancer relations among them.Methods 45 cases of thyroid carcinoma in Beclin 1 protein expression were detected and analyzed by immunohistochemical method.Results The expression of Beclin 1 was dramatically down-regulated,.and had been associated with lymph node metastasis in thyroid cancer.Conclusion Beclin 1 in thyroid carcinoma tissues down-regulated,it is related to the occurrence and development of thyroid cancer
