内分泌腺来源的血管内皮生长因子在多囊卵巢中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究内分泌腺来源的血管内皮生长因子(EG-VEGF)在多囊卵巢的表达,并与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达进行比较,探讨EG-VEGF在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发病机制中的作用。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测多囊卵巢及正常卵巢组织中EG-VEGF及VEGF的表达情况。结果 EG-VEGF在研究组中的表达水平显著高于对照组(P=0.001)。VEGF在研究组中的表达水平明显高于对照组(P=0.021)。研究组中EG-VEGF的表达水平高于VEGF的表达水平(P=0.036),二者表达无相关性(P=0.327)。对照组中EG-VEGF的表达水平略高于VEGF的表达水平,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.655),二者表达仍无相关性(P=0.928)。结论 EG-VEGF蛋白的过度表达促进多囊卵巢综合征患者的血管生成,与多囊卵巢综合征的发生相关。 Objective To research the expression of EG-VEGF in polycystic ovaries and compare with VEGF,in order to explore the role of EG-VEGF in development and progression of PCOS.Methods The expression of EG-VEGF and VEGF in polycystic ovaries and normal ovarian tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression levels of EG-VEGF in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P=0.001).The expression levels of VEGF in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P=0.021).The expression levels of EG-VEGF in the study group were higher than that of VEGF(P=0.036),but there was no dependablity between the two factors(P=0.327).The expression levels of EG-VEGF in the control group were a little higher than that of VEGF,but there were no statistically significant(P=0.655),and there was no dependablity between the two factors(P=0.928).Conclusion Overexpression of EG-VEGF promote angiogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome and is associated with the progression of polycystic ovary syndrome.
