摘要
目的分析营养支持治疗技术对ICU重症患者的临床效果,探讨营养支持技术合理实施的方法。方法对120例危重症患者的营养支持进行综合观察分析,将120例ICU患者随机分为2组(A组和B组),没有给予营养支持的为A组(60例),实施营养支持后为B组(60例),对两组患者的营养支持状况及并发症进行对照分析。结果 B组白蛋白的输注量显著减少(P<0.01),血清白蛋白≤30gPL的低蛋白血症、代谢并发症、ICU死亡的发生率均较A组显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论用营养支持治疗法治疗ICU患者是目前救治危重症患者的重要技术,营养素的摄取对维持组织器官的功能与结构的完整性等生理活动具有重要意义。
Objective To analyse the nutritional support treatment in ICU patients,discuss the reasonable implementation method of nutrition support.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,didn't give the nutritional support for group A(60),implement after nutritional support for group B(60),two sets of patients nutrition support status and complications comparison were analyzed.Results The amount of albumin infusion had sharply abated in group B P〈0.01),serum albumin acuities 30g PL of hypoalbuminemia,metabolic syndrome,and the incidence of death in the ICU had slowed down than that of group A(P〈0.01,P〈0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support therapy is an important thchnology for treatment ICU patients.The intake of nutrients has great significance for maintain tissue organ function and structural integrity.
