本文提出了一种新的基于超文本技术的以测览器方式展示与查询税收法规的税收法规查询系统。该个系统的实现可使税收法规的查询打破时间和空间限制，实现税务人员与纳税人对税收法规的共享。同时由于引进了新的文本技术，使得税收法规的查询更为方便、直观。

This article puts foruard a inquiring system of taxation regulation based on supertext techrique which display and inquire taxation regulations in skimming ways. The system break the limitation of time and space, and realize the sharing of taxation personnel on taxation regulation. Meanwhile,new text techniques were introduced which makes the inquirement of the taxation requlations more convenient and more directly.
