本文就科研院所向企业化运作的转制中,建立市场导向型的科研机制,塑造科研产品的营销体系,引进高科技人才。
To counter the problem of sci-tech institutes' structural reform into enterprise-like operation,this paper puts forward some opinions in respects of building the market-guided scientific research mechanism,moulding the marketing system for scientific research products,introducing high-tech talents and participating the competition of international technical market,etc.
