某工程墙身裂缝的调查处理

Investigation and Treatment for Wall Crack of a Certain Building

墙体的裂缝，特别是砖混结构（多为住宅）顶层的温度裂缝，在温差较大的北方地区经常发生，其次是由地基不均匀沉降引发的墙体裂缝。本文通过对某工程墙身裂缝的调查分析和处理，找出了裂缝产生的主要原因，给出了裂缝的一般处理措施，并对在设计上如何避免和减少出现这类裂缝。

Wall cracks,especially the temperature cracks on the oversrory of brick -and -concrete structure(most of which are dwelling houses),and secondly the wall cracks initiated by unequal settlement,often occur in the North.Through investigation,analysis and treatment for the wall cracks of a certain building,this paper finds out the main reasons of cracks' occurence,gives some general measures for cracks' treatment and puts forward several suggestions about how to avoid or reduce the occurence of this kind of cracks in the course of design.
