腰椎后路相关微创化手术方式的评价 被引量：2

摘要 腰椎后路手术是处理腰椎疾患的标准术式，被广泛应用于腰椎体创伤、椎间盘退变、腰椎滑脱、腰椎间隙感染及腰椎肿瘤等疾患的治疗。但是，随着病例的积累和相关研究的深入，学者们逐渐发现这种标准的后路术式在解决患者疼痛和功能障碍的同时，忽略了手术中对脊旁肌的医源性损伤。
