经后方切口治疗胫骨平台后侧骨折11例

摘要 胫骨平台骨折临床上较常见,约占全身骨折的1%,但平台后侧骨折较少见。胫骨平台后侧骨折是指主要累及胫骨内、外侧髁后1/3的骨折,以往人们对这类骨折认识不足,最常用的Schatzker分型主要描述内、外侧平台的矢状位骨折,也未将这类骨折归入。这种骨折在X线平片上往往容易被忽视。
