非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移CT征象与肿瘤淋巴管密度的关系

摘要 淋巴转移是非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）发生转移的早期事件，对NSCLC的临床治疗及预后起至关重要的作用。越来越多的研究显示，癌组织中微淋巴管密度（LVD）与肿瘤的转移有关。D2—40是新近发现的一种淋巴管内皮细胞特异性标记物，在判断肿瘤转移途径等方面具有重要作用。近年来，螺旋CT技术的发展迅速，多层螺旋CT（MSCT）可以清晰的显示纵隔淋巴结的形态学信息。
