祛风除湿颗粒药效学试验研究

[目的]探讨具有祛风除湿,散寒止痛作用的祛风除湿颗粒是否有止痛、抗炎和治疗类风湿关节炎的药理学作用。[方法]采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型,观察该药抗炎作用;采用醋酸引痛法,观察该药对小鼠的止痛作用;采用大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)模型,观察该药的抗佐剂性关节炎的作用。[结果]祛风除湿颗粒能明显抑制二甲苯引起小鼠耳廓肿胀,具有一定的抗炎作用;对小鼠疼痛模型具有明显的止痛作用,且有一定的阻止大鼠AA模型形成的作用。[结论]祛风除湿颗粒具有一定的抗炎、止痛和抗佐剂性关节炎的作用。

[ Objective] With expelling wind and dampness, and cold pain effects Qufengchushi particles have analgesic, anti - inflammatory treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and the pharmacological action. [ Method] Xylene -induced mouse ear edema model and observe the anti -inflammatory drug ; using lead acetate, the pain, observation and the drug＇s analgesic effect in mice; use of adjuvant arthritis （AA） model, drug resistance observed the role of adjuvant arthritis. [ Results ] Qufengchushi xylene particles could significandy inhibit the ear swelling in mice, has a certain anti - inflammatory effect ; on mouse pain model has obvious analgesic effect and prevent a certain role in the formation of rat AA model . [ Conclusion] Qufengchushi particles have certain anti - inflammatory, analgesic and anti - the role of adjuvant arthritis.
