摘要
[目的]观察稳心颗粒治疗室性心律失常的疗效及安全性。[方法]将120例室性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组(步长稳心颗粒)60例和对照组(心律平)60例,治疗4周,对心电图和临床症状情况进行观察。[结果]步长稳心颗粒对室性心律失常的疗效与心律平的疗效相当,步长稳心颗粒组总有效率80.00%,心律平组总有效率85.00%,两者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。但稳心颗粒组在改善临床症状方面优于心律平组。[结论]步长稳心颗粒治疗室性心律失常有较高的临床应用价值,安全有效。
[ Objective ] Observe the safety and effect of using Wenxin Keli to treat ventricular arrhythmia. [ Methods] Separate 120 Ventricular Arrhythmia Patients into two group in random, 60 patients in the group of treatment by Buchang Wenxin Keli, another is under treatment of propafenone, 4 weeks treatment and observe the cardiogram and clinical symptoms. [Results] Buchang Wenxin Keli and propafenone bring the same effect on the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. The effective rate of Buchang Wenxin Keli reaches to 80% and 85% of propafenone. There are no obvious differences. [Conclusion] Using Buchang Wenxin Keli to cure ventricular arrhythmia has a higher and safer clinical application value.
