摘要
[目的]观察中药熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。[方法]选择DPN患者98例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组同时加用中药熏洗治疗。治疗前后分别观察症状、神经传导速度。[结果]治疗组明显优于对照组。[结论]联合中药熏洗是治疗DPN的有效方法之一。
[ Objective ] To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing therapy for diabetic peripheral neuropathy. [Method] DPN 98 patients were selected and divided randomly into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given additional treatment with herbal fumigation. Symptoms, nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after treatment. [ Resualt] The treatment group were significantly better than the control group. [ Conclusion ] The combination of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing is an effective way to treat DPN.
