摘要
[目的]观察丹鹿通督片治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。[方法]将100例临床确诊为腰椎间盘突出症的患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用丹鹿通督片治疗,对照组采用针灸治疗,20天后观察疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为88%,治愈率为60%;对照组总有效率为78%,治愈率为38%。治疗前两组患者主要症状比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]丹鹿通督片治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切。
[ Objective] Danlu Tongdu tablets treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients. [Methods] 100 patients diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group Danlu Tongdu tablets treatment, acupuncture treatment control group, 20 days after the effects were observed. [ Re sults] The total effective rate was 88% , the cure rate was 60% ; the control group, the total effective rate was 78% , the cure rate was 38%. The main symptoms before treatment difference between the two groups were not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Danlu Tongdu tablets exact treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
