三伏天灸治疗女性膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

Dog Days Moxibustion Treatment of Women With Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Observation

[目的]观察三伏天灸治疗女性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]对48例女性膝关节骨性关节炎患者在三伏天期间予穴位敷灸治疗,每10天1次,每次4h,连用3～6次。[结果]48例患者依从性好,均未脱落,显效11例,有效23例,好转10例,无效4例,总有效率为91.67%,安全性方面仅1例(2.08%)患者出现水疱,停药后5天可自愈。[结论]三伏天灸对女性膝关节骨性关节炎有较好的疗效,且操作简便,副作用小,值得临床推广。

[ Objective] To observe the dog days of summer moxibustion treatment of women with knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy. [ Method] 48 cases of female patients with knee osteoarthritis in the dog to the point during the deposition moxibustion moxibustlon treatment, 1 every 10 days, each time 4h, use 3 to 6 times. [Results] 48 patients with good compliance and no loss, 11 cases markedly effective in 23 cases, 10 cases improved, 4 cases, total effective rate was 91.67% , only 1 ease in terms of safety （2.08%） patients with a blister , 5 days after treatment can be self - healing. [ Conclusion ] The dog days of summer moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis of women has a good effect, and possessed simple, side effects and other features, is worthy of promotion.
