冠心病慢性完全闭塞病变介入治疗186例分析

Analysis of intervention therapy in 186 patients with chronic total occlusion of coronary artery

目的探讨冠心病冠脉优势血管慢性完全闭塞病变经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的术式裨益。方法选择186例冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗并观察其手术方式及成功率。结果本组病例手术成功率为94.09%。结论经过选择的患者采用适当的方法开通冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变有较高的成功率。

Objective To analyse the effects of the operation methods of percutaneous coronary intervention on chronic coronary arterial total occlusion. Methods PCI was performed in 186 cases with CTO, operation methods and success rate were observed. Results Success rate of the cases was 94.09%. Conclusion It is possible to obtain a relatively high success rate of PCI in patients with CTO by selecting suitable patients and using suitable methods.
