摘要
利用紫外-可见光谱对盾壳霉代谢抗白叶枯病菌活性物质进行了研究,将代谢活性产物的光谱检测与抗菌活性检测对比分析.结果表明:代谢物质浓度在14.84~207.79mg.L-1范围内,280nm波长下的吸光度与抑菌圈直径的线性相关系数为0.992.相比测定抑菌圈直径的方法,光谱法具有灵敏度高、操作简便、快速等优点.
Ultraviolet and visible spectroscopy was applied to the detection of the metabolic product of Coniothyrium minitans against Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae.Comparative analysis was used to build the relationship between the spectrum quantitative data and antibacterial activity data.The results indicated that the predicted correlation coefficient between absorbency under 280 nm and antibacterial diameter was 0.992 when the concentration of metabolites was in the range of 14.84-207.79 mg·L-1.Compared with the antibacterial diameter detection,the spectroscopy technique is high sensitive,simple and rapid.
