微波处理对米象致死效果及小麦发芽率的影响 被引量:9

摘要 以米象为试虫,采用G80F20CN2L-B8(SO)型平板微波炉分别以160、320、480、640和800W微波功率处理不同虫态米象5、10、15、20、25和30s,研究米象致死情况;另外以上述微波功率处理20s,及800W分别处理5、10、15、20和25s,测定混合于小麦中米象成虫的致死情况。同时考察微波对小麦发芽率的影响。结果表明,米象不同虫态对微波处理的敏感性由小到大依次为成虫、蛹、幼虫和卵,800W处理25s可立即完全致死米象成虫;微波处理后小麦的发芽率显著降低。故微波辐照技术不适合种子粮的杀虫处理,但可应用于储粮杀虫。 The effects of microwave treatment on mortality of all stages of Sitophilus oryzae Linnaeus were studied after the pests were treated at the microwave power of 160,320,480,640 and 800W for 5,10,15,20 and 25s,respectively.Meanwhile,the adult in the wheat were treated at 160,320,480,640 and 800W for 20s,and 800W for 5,10,15,20 and 25s.And wheat germination rate was also evaluated.Results showed that the susceptibility from high to low of the pest to microwave treatment was eggs,larvae,pupae and the adult.While the adults were treated at 800W for 25s,instant mortality reached 100%.The germination rate of wheat was reduced significantly after microwave treatment.
