摘要
从防洪、拦沙减淤、防凌等方面分析了古贤水库拦沙期对小北干流的影响,以及古贤水库进库水沙特性、库区冲淤形态等,对古贤水库下泄清水时小北干流河床演变进行了预估,并提出了该河段的防治措施。认为:应控制小北干流河道冲刷与滩区放淤并重;古贤水库的调度运用不仅应考虑水库所承担的任务和产生的效益,而且应纳入黄河中下游水沙调控体系;古贤、三门峡和小浪底三库联合调度方案应及早研究与制订。
The paper analyzes the influence of Guxian Reservoir during debris retaining period to Xiaobeiganliu reach from the aspects of flood control,debris retaining for sediment reduction and ice control,the characteristics of silt and discharge of Guxian Reservoir and morphology of scour and fill of the reservoir,predicts the riverbed evolution of Xiaobeiganliu during discharging clear water of the reservoir and puts forward prevention and control measures for the reach.It considers that a) it should both control the scouring of Xiaobeiganliu channel and warping of floodplain area;b) the regulation and operation of Guxian Reservoir should not only consider the tasks and production benefits of the reservoir,but also bring it into silt-discharge regulation and control system of the middle and lower Yellow River and;c) the joint operational plan of three reservoirs of Guxian,Sanmenxia and Xiaolangdi should be studied and prepared as early as possible.
