Chinese Regulations Status and Application on Nutritional and Functional Ingredients

摘要 文章描述了我国食品营养和功能成分原料法规和应用情况,对目前管理政策进行了分析,总结了从2006—2010年年底审批的新资源食品、营养强化物质共57种成分,分析了法律层面审批和功能原料应用问题。目前我国有新资源食品和营养强化物质两个法律途径来评价新原料。这两个法规对中国食品原料市场的影响是深远的,对消费者健康也是至关重要。 This article describes the legislation that is relevant in the marketing of nutritional and functional ingredients in the China.And the legislation and application status are analyzed as well as some practical consequences for manufacturers and marketers.It also addresses and summarize gross 57 ingredients (un-including traditional nutrients)approved during 2006—2010 in China.Novel food and nutrition substances law which are currently in the legislative process,will also be an important factor in the future marketing of 'ingredients' in China.However,it may also be clearly worth it in terms of market success and improved consumer health.
