振动条件下建筑外露超长柔性杆的防水施工技术及措施

摘要 世博会英国馆主展馆是由一个木结构梁及胶合板组成的夹心承重结构和亚克力杆及铝管组成的装饰杆单元,组合杆件单元全部从结构内部穿出,外露长度4.6~6m不等,其中有防水要求的杆件数量多达30000根,并长期处在振动工况中,防水处理难度很大。在考虑防水措施时充分考虑了外界的环境条件,经过多次尝试和测试,并结合严格的现场管理,使问题最终得到解决,保证了英国馆顺利按期完成。 the British main exhibition hall of Shanghai World Exposition is consist of wood beam, veneer filling loaded structure, Acrylic pole and aluminum tube. All these elements were pull out from inside of the structure, and the length of exposed part is about 4.6m-6m. they were arranged specifically to got design effect. The water protection treatment is difficult because of more than 30000 elements are working under vibration. Considering outer environment while consider water protection, the problems were solved by many attempts and tests and combined with inside management, the British exhibition hall was completed on time.
