摘要
目的:观察去卵巢骨质疏松模型大鼠骨组织解剖形态的变化,为复方中药治疗骨质疏松模型大鼠提供初步实验依据。方法:用卵巢摘除法诱导骨质疏松模型大鼠,并分别以中药复方高、中、低剂量、西药(乙烯雌酚)进行治疗,通过大鼠子宫湿重、脏器指数及骨组织解剖形态的变化,观察药物对骨质疏松模型大鼠的治疗作用。结果:中药各剂量组对子宫湿重和脏器指数有升高趋势但没有统计学意义,用药组与模型组相比骨质疏松均不同程度减轻。结论:复方中药可以阻止去势大鼠的骨量的丢失和骨结构的退化。
Objective: To observe the change of bone tissue pathology of ovariectomized osteoporosis model rats,and to provide the preliminary experimental basis for model rats treated with the traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing liver and kidney. Method: The osteoporosis model was induced by ovariectomy. The womb wet weight, internal organs index, and bone tissue pathology change in rats were observed after the rats were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, respectively. Result: The traditional Chinese medicine could increase the womb wet weight and internal organs index. Both medicines could reduce the osteoporosis degree of rats. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine can prevent bone loss and bone structure degeneration of ovariectomized osteoporosis model rats.
