摘要
目的:探讨潜阳化瘀方对有色家免视网膜静脉阻塞血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法:将48只家兔随机分为A(空白组)、B(模型组)、C(复方血栓通组)、D(潜阳化瘀方组)四组,每组12只。以氩激光照射视网膜静脉从而阻塞主干静脉的方法造模,分别于造模当天、造模后1、14、28 d进行眼底照相及眼底荧光素血管造影(FFA)检测,并取眼球作病理切片,对VEGF进行计算机图像测定分析并比较。结果:与模型组相比,潜阳化瘀方可显著降低视网膜上的VEGF形成(P<0.05)。结论:潜阳化瘀方能抑制家兔视网膜静脉阻塞的新生血管形成。
Objective： To explore qianyang huayu formula on expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in rabbit retinal vein obstruction. Method： Forty-eight rabbits were randomly divided into four groups with 12 each, which were A （control group）, B （model group）, C （Xueshuantong group ） and D （Qianyang Huayu group）. Trunk vein obstruction model was made by argon laser irradiation in retinal vein. In 1 d, 14 d and 28 d after modeling, eye-ground photography and fundus fluorescein angiography （FFA） tests were carried out. The paraffin sections of eyeballs were detected and analyzed by computer to evaluate the expression of VEGF. Result： Compared with that of other groups, the expression of VEGF in retina of Qianyang Huayu group decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Qianyang Huayu formula can inhibit formation of new vessels in rabbit retinal vein obstruction.
