常山胡柚皮水提取物止咳祛痰作用考察

Studies on Antitussive and Expectorant Effects of Water Extract from the Changshan-huyou Peel

目的:研究常山胡柚皮水提取物的止咳祛痰作用。方法:实验组小鼠连续3 d灌胃给药后,采用氨水引咳模型小鼠,观察其咳嗽潜伏期及咳嗽次数;采用酚红排泄量法,测定实验组小鼠气管酚红排泄吸光度A值,观察其祛痰作用。结果:与空白对照组相比,实验组小鼠咳嗽次数减少,咳嗽潜伏期延长,气管酚红排泄吸光度A值明显升高(P<0.05)。胡柚10 g·kg^(-1)剂量组与阳性药物(盐酸氨溴索)组气管酚红排泄吸光度A值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常山胡柚皮水提取物具有良好的止咳祛痰作用。

Objective： To study the antitussive and expectorant effects of the water extract from Changshan-huyou peel （HY）. Method： After orally administered the water extract from HY for 3 days ,the mice in the experimental groups were observed the latency and the times of coughing induced by ammonia water,and the value A of phenol red secretion of mice trachea was also studied. Result： Compared with those in the blank control group,the mice in experimental groups reduced the times of coughing and prolonged the latency of coughing with significant difference （P 〈0. 05）. Compared with the positive control （ambroxol hydrochloride） group,the experimental groups also had significant difference in the absnrbance value A of phenol red secretion （P 〈0. 05） ,and the group with HY dose of 10 g/kg showed the highest absorbance value A. Conclusion： The water extract from Changshan-huyou peel has promising antiussive and expectorant effects.
