缺氧诱导因子-1α抑制剂对眼底新生血管的干预作用 被引量:1

摘要 细胞缺氧时,缺氧诱导因子-1α是调控基因表达以适应或改善缺氧状况的重要转录因子之一。在视网膜和脉络膜缺血、缺氧时,缺氧诱导因子-1α能上调多种细胞因子,包括血管内皮生长因子、基质细胞衍生因子1、血管生成素2、胎盘生长因子、血小板衍生生长因子B和干细胞因子等,这些细胞因子相互配合、精细协调,促进了新生血管的产生。缺氧诱导因子-1α的抑制剂YC-1[3-(5’-羟甲基-2’-呋喃基)-1-苄基吲唑]、地高辛、小干扰RNA等能降低其蛋白水平从而干预其转录作用,阻断上述与新生血管密切相关的细胞因子的表达,有效地抑制眼底新生血管的发生、发展。
