干细胞在骨缺损修复中的应用研究进展

摘要 应用组织工程技术构建组织工程骨是骨替代材料研究的方向,种子细胞、生物材料和生物因子是构建组织工程骨的三大环节,目前常用干细胞作为种子细胞。骨髓基质干细胞是骨修复组织工程中最常用的细胞,其异质性小,成骨分化能力强,但增生有限;胚胎干细胞用于骨修复的优点是可无限增生,但异质性较大,分化方向不固定;多潜能干细胞分化潜能大,取材方便,但需要繁琐的体外诱导过程;脂肪干细胞获取容易,患者痛苦小,诱导方法简单,但诱导效率有待进一步提高。本文对骨缺损修复中常用干细胞的特点和研究现状进行综述。
