Strength Perspective:An Empirical Study of the Integration of New-Generation of Rural Migrant Workers

从社会工作个案出发,探讨优势视角理论模式在新生代农民工城市融入服务方面的应用。社会工作者面对新生代农民工群体时,应避免问题主义取向,要通过积极聆听、抗逆力语言等技巧,与新生代农民工探讨生活经验,挖掘他们的潜力,改变自我认知,重新建构自我与外界的关系,达到行为改变和良性互动的目的。

As a case study,the paper tries to explore the application of the strength perspective in the services for urban involvement of the new-generation rural migrant workers.Social workers,when investigating these workers,should avoid problemism.On the contrary,social workers should listen to the workers and help them discuss their life experience,tap out their potentials,change their self-identity,and reshape their relationship with the outside world so as to achieve a benign interaction.
