"知信行"健康教育模式对冠心病病人疾病知识的认知程度和遵医行为的影响

摘要 目的探讨采用"知信行"健康教育模式对冠心病病人疾病知识的认知程度和遵医行为的影响。方法对116例冠心病病人在疾病知识、饮食、运动和遵医行为方面采用"知信行"健康教育模式进行指导,并比较干预前和干预后6个月病人对疾病知识的认知程度和遵医行为的情况。结果干预后病人对疾病相关知识的认知程度和遵医行为优于干预前,除了戒烟、限酒此项遵医行为外,干预前后比较,经统计学分析,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对冠心病病人采用"知信行"健康教育模式可提高病人疾病的认知程度和遵医行为,从而促进了疾病康复。 Objective To investigate the effect of ‘knowing-trusting-acting' health education model on the disease knowledge and complying behaviors of CAD patients. Methods 116 patients with coronary artery disease were instructed with disease knowledge, dieting, physical exercise and compliance, followed by comparisons of their CAD knowledge and complying behaviors 6 after health education. Results The knowledge about CAD was significantly better than before education (P 〈 0.01 ) and so it was with complying behaviors except smoking and drinking quitting (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The ‘knowing-trusting-acting' health education mode may enhance the knowledge about CAD and complying behaviors of CAD patients.
