基于ANSYS的盲板应力分析计算

ANSYS-based Analysis of Blind Plate Stress

根据盲板结构及载荷特点,建立轴对称边界条件的力学模型,利用ANSYS有限元软件对该结构进行应力分析。在取得线性化应力分析结果的基础上,依据JB4732-95《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》,选取路径对快开盲板进行强度校核,结果表明,强度满足要求。

According to the blind plate structure and load,the mechanical model with axial symmetry boundary conditions was built to analyze the structural stress through using FEM software ANSYS,and then depending on the Analytical and Design Standard for Steel Pressured Vessels（JB4732-95）,the blind plate strength was checked.The results show that the required strength can be satisfied.
