摘要
为了研究双座弹射救生系统的轨迹发散特性,以MSC.EASY 5为基础平台进行了求解器设计,并以此为基础对轨迹发散特性进行了仿真计算分析,包括轨迹发散性能评估、轨迹发散对弹射轨迹高度及座椅稳定性的影响.分析结果表明,轨迹发散技术能够有效避免低速弹射时双座间的轨迹干涉,虽然在一定程度上降低了弹射轨迹高度并对座椅稳定性有略微的影响,但是提高了双座弹射救生系统的综合救生性能,研究结果对工程应用具有理论指导意义.
In order to analyze the trajectory divergence characteristics for double-seat escape system,a solver was designed based on MSC.EASY 5 fundamental platform in this research.Subsequently,the trajectory divergence characteristics were numerically calculated and analyzed with the solver,including trajectory divergence performance evaluation,analysis of the influence of divergence on trajectory height and seat stability.The analysis results show that the trajectory divergence technology could effectively prevent the double-seat from interference at low speed.Although the trajectory height is somewhat reduced and the seat stability is affected a little,the integrated performance of the double-seat escape system is improved.The results provide a theoretical guidance for the engineering application.
