摘要
发展了一种使用单斜热线探针测量有回流的三维复杂流场的方法,采用旋转探针技术来实现单传感器探针的三维速度场测量,并利用热线支杆尾迹的影响来判断流动方向.使用该方法对一台低速轴流压气机的旋转失速流场进行了测量,测量结果详细地显示了失速团中流动结构,验证了该方法在复杂流场测量时简单易用、精度高,并且可以处理有回流情况的流场,对于叶轮机内部复杂流场测量有良好的实用性.
A method was developed to measure reversed flow using a single slanted hot-wire probe.Probe rotating technique was used to measure three-dimensional v elocities with a single-sensor probe,and the wake of the prong was used to dete rmine the direction of the flow.The method was applied to measure the rotating s tall in a low speed axial compressor.The results give a detail view of the flow structure in the rotating stall cell,demonstrating that this technique is simpl e and accurate in the measurement of reversed flow.It is especially applicable i n the measurement of three dimensional flow field within turbomachinery.
