针板结构冷却特性实验

Experimental investigation of cooling effectiveness of spiculate lamilloy

摘要 在已研究放大型针板内表面换热特性的基础上,在大尺寸低速回流风洞内,实验研究了5套真实尺寸针板实验件的整体冷却效果.研究结果表明:针板具有很好的冷却效果,孔间距与气膜孔径对冷却效果有很大影响,孔间距越小,气膜孔径越大冷却效果越好;扰流柱直径的变化对针板冷却效果影响较小;当吹风比一定时,主流速度的变化对针板冷却效果影响亦比较小,吹风比是影响气膜冷却效果的根本原因. Five true scale spiculate lamilloys were studied to analyze the coolin g effectiveness based on the former inner surfaces' heat transfer characteristi cs,and an experiment was tested in a large-scale,low-speed close-looped wind tun nel.The result shows that very high cooling effectiveness can be achieved by usi ng spiculate lamilloy.The ratio of hole pitch to impingement hole diameter(S/D) and the diameter of film hole(Dout) play important roles in determining the coo ling effectiveness,the smaller S/D or larger Dout means higher cooling effective ness.The pin diameter(Dpin) has little influence on cooling effectiveness.When blowing ratio is constant,the gas velocity also has little influence on cooling effectiveness,while blowing ratio is a major influential factor to film cooling effectiveness.
