燃气轮机透平叶片气热耦合计算 被引量:11

Conjugate heat transfer investigation on a gas turbine blade

摘要 针对具有热态实验结果的MarkⅡ冷却叶片进行气热耦合计算研究,利用CFX求解器对非耦合与耦合算法进行了详细的分析和对比.结果表明,相比耦合计算及实验结果,由于非耦合边界条件的影响,采用施加平均壁面温度的非耦合计算存在较大的计算偏差.研究工作揭示了气热耦合计算的必要性及准确性. This paper described the conjugate heat transfer(CHT) investigation o n the Mark Ⅱ blade with hot-gas test data.The CFX solver was used for CHT and n on-CHT simulations,and the corresponding results were analyzed and compared in d etail.The results show that,even if the correct averaged temperature is specifie d on the blade surface,the calculated heat transfer coefficient distributions by using non-CHT method still exhibit some deviations due to the non-coupled bound ary conditions,as compared with the CHT method and experimental data.The present investigation reveals the necessity and accuracy of CHT method.
