中药通管方联合腹腔镜治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床研究

目的:观察中药通管方联合腹腔镜治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效,探讨其作用机理。方法:将输卵管阻塞性不孕患者60例随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组各30例,治疗组行腹腔镜下输卵管整形术,术后应用中药通管方口服加灌肠,对照组行腹腔镜下输卵管整形术,术后应用妇炎康颗粒口服加盆炎清栓直肠用药,术后3个月及术后1年观察输卵管通畅情况及患者受孕情况。结果:术后3个月输卵管通畅率,治疗组66.7%,明显高于对照组46.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1年宫内妊娠率,治疗组43.3%,对照组26.7%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药通管方联合腹腔镜手术有利于输卵管复通,可促进输卵管恢复正常功能,提高受孕率。

Objective：To observe the effect of TongGuanFang combined laparoscopy in treating tubal obstruction infertility and to explore its mechanism.Methods：60 Cases of tubal obstruction infertility were randomly divided into two groups：30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group.The patients in both groups were given laparoscopy.In addition,TongGuanFang were given to patients in the treatment group after the operation.Fuyankang particles and Penyanqing plug were given to patients in the control group after the operation.Tubal patency and pregnancy in patients were observed one year after operation.Results：The pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 43.3%,and that of the control group was 26.7%,the difference between the two groups was significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：TongGuanFang combined laparoscopy maybe beneficial to promote normal tubal function,and to increased the pregnancy rate.
