摘要
目的观察小切口机械悬吊腔镜辅助下手术(Miccoli手术)治疗甲状腺肿瘤的疗效。方法总结25例Miccoli手术的手术经验,并观察微创及美容效果。结果 24例完成Miccoli手术,均达到开放式手术切除范围,术后无并发症发生,美容和术后恢复优于开放式手术。结论 Miccoli手术治疗甲状腺单发良性肿物安全可靠,并发症少,术后疼痛轻,渗血少,恢复快,美容效果佳。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Miccoli surgical operation on treatment of thyroid adenoma.Methods Experiences from24 cases of Miccoli surgical operation were summarized.Minimally invasive and cosmetic results were observed.Results All 24 cases of Miccoli surgical operation were up to the scope of open surgery,no postoperative complications,and postoperative recovery and cosmetic are better than that of open surgery.Conclusion Miccoli surgical treatment of thyroid adenoma is safety and reliable,with few postoperative complications.In comparison to open surgery,Miccoli surgical operation reduces the postoperative pain,with less bleeding and faster recovery;cosmetically sound and effective.
