论述了数学应用教育的目的、意义，提出了数学应用教育的基本原则是：融数学性与工具性于一体．
This thesis expounded the aim and the significance of the Applied Mathematics Education. Itposed the basic principle of the Applied Mathematics Education which was to mix maths with the trait of tools.
