脑转移瘤68例放射治疗分析

Clinical analysis of 68 cases radiotherapy with brain metastasis

目的探讨脑转移瘤放疗方式及预后。方法对68例脑转移瘤患者资料进行回顾性分析。根据放疗方法的不同分为单纯普通放疗(RT)组48例、伽玛刀(GKS)组10例,GKS+全脑放疗组(WBRT)10例,分析不同放疗方法的生存质量和生存率。结果 RT组、GKS组、GKS+WBRT组的中位生存期分别为10.8、11、11.5个月;1年生存率分别为37.5%、30%、40%;2年生存率分别为10.4%、10%、10%。三组的1、2年生存率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论放疗可使脑转移瘤患者局部控制率提高,生存期延长,生活质量改善。

Objective To study radiotherapy modality and prognosis with brain metastases.Methods The clinical data of 68 cancer cases with brain metastases were retrospectively reviewed.According to the treatment modalities,patients were divided into single external radiotherapy group（RT）（n=48） including whole brain radiotherapy（WBRT） plus focus radiotherapy、gamma knife radiosurgery（GKS）（n=10）、 GKS plus WBRT group（n=10）.The survival rates and the quality of the patients＇ lives were compared among groups.Results The median survival time of RT group,GKS group,GKS plus WBRT group was 10.8,11 and 11.5 months,while the 1-year survival rate was 37.5%,30% and 40%,respectively.the 2-year survival rate was 10.4%,10% and 10%,respectively.There was no statistic difference in clinical the 1-2-year rate between RT group,GKS group and GKS plus WBRT group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Conclusion Radiotherapy can improve local control,survival time and the quality of the patients＇lives in patients with brain metastases.
