腺苷A2B受体调节炎症和免疫反应 被引量:1

摘要 A2B受体是四种腺苷受体之一。由于其低亲和力的特点和缺乏选择性的配体,一直以来对A2B受体的作用认知较少。近期由于A2B受体基因敲除小鼠在实验中的应用和其选择性配体的发现,研究显示A2B受体活化对机体多种细胞具有调控作用,在不同疾病病理过程中,A2B受体活化对炎症和免疫反应进行着不同的调节。因此,对该受体作用机制进行深入研究,以有效发挥其保护作用,避免损伤效应,或可为临床治疗免疫系统的功能障碍或炎症性疾病提供基础。
