新型可维修电缆接线盒密封剂的研制

摘要 采用液体有机硅橡胶与低分子液态环氧树脂和聚醚共混改性的方法,制备了有机硅改性聚醚环氧树脂。同时,采用该有机硅改性聚醚环氧树脂为密封剂的基体树脂,并向其中加入固化剂、阻燃剂、促进剂、脱模剂以及增强填料等制备了可维修电缆接线盒密封剂,该密封剂在固化过程中不放热也不吸热,且固化过程中无收缩,固化物具有良好的弹性、电绝缘性、耐高低温性、耐老化性和耐盐水性,且防震、防尘,易使用维修。 In this paper, the silicone modified polyether epoxy resin was prepared using silicone rubber, liquid epoxy resin and polyether by the method of blending modification. Then the sealant for the cable connection box was synthesized with this resin as matrix resin, and adding curing agent, flame retardant agent, aecelerant, mold discharging agent and enhancing fillers. This sealant neither released heat nor absorbed heat in the curing process, and had little shrinking while the cured product had good elasticity, electric insulation, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, salt water resistance and shock resistance and it was dustproof and easily maintained.
