摘要
目的:建立农药中毒现场快速分类检测方法。方法:利用微色谱法检测技术,检测分类未知农药类型。结果:用于农药中毒分析,可以快速得到可靠结果。结论:本法操作简便、高效、重现性好,且试剂用量少,是批量农药样品定性检测和突发农药中毒事件现场快速筛选的一种新方法。
Objective:To establish a new approach for fast detection of unkown toxic matters in pesticide poisoning.Methods: Based on the principle of thin-layer chromatography,fixing the sorbent in the thin heating wire,using micro-column detector to rapidly detect pestidides qualitativly and quantitativly.Results: The methed can make qualitative and quantitative analysis of unkown pestidides,and the minimum detection limit is 10 μg.Conclusion: The method is simple,efficient,reproducible and reagent consumption and it can be used to detect bulk carbamate pestidides samples and it is a new methed of rapid pesticide poisoning filtering.
