摘要
目的:建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱测定虾粉中铜、砷和镉的方法。方法:样品经微波消解后定容到一定体积,然后直接用ICP-MS进行分析,用混和内标校正基体干扰和漂移。结果:方法精密度均优于3%,回收率介于95%~110%,且对标准参考物质的测定结果均符合证书值要求。结论:该方法有较好的精密度和准确度。
Objective:To develop a method for determination of copper,arsenic and cadmium in shrimp powder by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods: After microwave digestion,the samples were determined directly by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,using mixed internal standard to correct matrix interference and signal drifting.Results: The RSDs of the method were less than 3.0%,recoveries were 95.0%(110%,the results of analyzing standard materiel were satisfactory.Conclusion: The method is precise and accurate.
