摘要
目的:研究几种砷化合物经过微波消解前后氢化物发生行为。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱和原子荧光光谱分别测定微波消解前后砷化合物含量,并利用两种方法对部分海产品总砷含量进行测定。结果:经过微波消解后,电感耦合等离子体质谱测定几种砷化合物的回收率在95%~101%之间,和标准值一致;砷甜菜碱和砷胆碱在微波消解前后均没有氢化物行为发生;一甲基砷、二甲基砷和无机砷在微波消解前后均有氢化物行为发生,其中无机砷完全氢化物发生,一甲基砷氢化物发生效率分别为91.4%和95.1%,二甲基砷分别为34.5%和25.7%。结论:上述结果表明,部分砷化合物经过微波消解后没有氢化物发生行为,并且采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱测定海产品总砷结果可能较实际值偏低。
Objective:To study hydride generation behavior of several arsenic compounds before and after microwave digestion.Methods:Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) and atomic fluorescence spectrum were applied to determine arsenic content before and after microwave digestion,then determined total arsenic content by two methods.Results: The results showed that the recoveries of arsenic compounds digested by microwave and detected by ICP-MS were between 95% and 101%,and had the same values according to standard values.Arsenobetaine and arsenocholine did not have behavior of hydride generation before and after microwave digestion;All of DMA,AsⅢ,AsⅤ and MMA had behavior of hydride generation.AsⅢ and AsⅤ had full behavior of hydride generation.The rate of DMA of behavior of hydride generation before and after microwave digestion was 34.5% and 25.7%,respectively,and MMA is 91.4% and 95.1%,respectively.Conclusion: Part of arsenic compounds had not behavior of hydride generation after microwave digestion,so the results of total arsenic in sea products which detected by atomic fluorescence spectrum after microwave digestion were on the low side.
