蔬菜中五氯硝基苯残留量的高效液相色谱测定方法

Determination of quintozene residues in vegetables by high performance liquid chromatography

目的：探讨蔬菜中五氯硝基苯农残的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法：样品采用正己烷提取,过硅镁型吸附剂预处理柱,用高效液相色谱法测定。结果：取样量为10 g时,本法五氯硝基苯的最低检测浓度为0.05 mg/kg,回收率为85.0%~91.6%。结论：该方法操作简便、快速、准确,能适用于各类蔬菜样品中五氯硝基苯残留量的检测。

Objective：To study and develop the determination method of quintozene residues in vegetables by HPLC.Methods：Vegetable sample was extracted by hexane and purified by florisil,and then determined by HPLC.Results：The detection limit was 0.05 mg/kg as sample was 10 g and the recovery rate was 85.0%~91.6% of this method.Conclusion：The results of this method are accurate and sample pre-treatment is simple and quick.The method can be applied in the determination of quintozene residues in vegetables.
