丽水市小儿急性下呼吸道感染肺炎支原体的流行病学分析

Epidemiology of Mycoplasma pneumoniae among children with acute lower respiratory tract infection in Lishui Region

目的：了解2009年5月至次年4月期间丽水市儿童肺炎支原体（MP）的流行病学特点,为MP感染的防治提供依据。方法：回顾性分析我院741例15岁以下急性下呼吸道感染住院患儿的临床资料,对不同季节、年龄患儿的MP发病情况进行统计学分析。结果：741例患儿中MP阳性数为253例,阳性率34.1%;2月-3月份、10月-12月份是发病高峰,5月-8月份发病率较低;且随年龄增长发病率越来越高,10岁~15岁的发病率最高达45.7%,其次为6岁~9岁占43.8%。结论：MP感染已成为儿童急性下呼吸道感染的常见病原体,发病与年龄、季节有密切关系。

Objective：To understand the clinical features of the Mycoplasma pneuoniae（MP）among children in Lishui region during May 2009 to next year April,and provide a basis for prevention and treatment of MP.Methods： Clinical documents of 741 cases of children hospitalized with acute lower respiratory infections were statistically analyzed and processed retrospectvely.And different seasons,age of the incidence were statistically analyzed.Results： In 741 cases of children with MP positive was 253 cases,the positive rate was 34.1%;Feburary to March,October to December was the peak incidence period,whie May to August was lower;incidence became higher with age increasing,10-15 years of age the incidence rate was 45.7%;secondery was 6~9 years of age the incidence rate was 43.8%.Conclusion： Infection of MP in children has become common pathogens with acute lower respiratory infections,the incidence is closely related to age and season.
