Research report on 2407 cases 7～12 month children Hepatitis B antibody titer

目的：为调查本地区新生儿乙肝疫苗接种情况,观察免疫效果,及时为卫生部计划免疫策略提供可靠数据。方法：随机抽取本地7月~12月龄新生儿,采用调查表回顾调查新生儿出生情况、乙肝疫苗接种情况、父、母亲乙型肝炎病毒感染情况;采取调查对象静脉血3 ml,血清样品用美国雅培试剂测定乙肝表面抗体（HBsAb）滴度,定性测定表面抗原。结果：共调查2407例,其中3例为乙肝表面抗原阳性（阳性率0.147%）,其余总有效率：抗体滴度大于10IU2323人,除去表面抗原阳性儿童,总应答率：96.63%。HBsAb滴度≥10 IU/ml及≥1000 IU/ml 7月~12月龄儿童分布情况,随月龄增加,差异均具有统计学意义。各月龄之间HBsAb滴度≥10 IU/ml者差异不明显,滴度≥1000 IU/ml者8月与9月龄、10月与11月龄之间差异有显著意义。结论：调查地区乙肝疫苗免疫效果显著,乙肝表面抗原阳性率低于全国0.96%水平;乙肝表面抗体滴度随着月龄增加,呈下降趋势;低滴度水平（〈10 IU/ml）儿童仍占一定比例（3.37%）,需及时加强免疫。

Objective：To investigate local newbron Hepatitis B vaccine inoculation,observe the immunity effect,to timely offer the reliable data to Ministry of Health in formulating immunity strategy.Methods： Draw out local 7-12month children at random,adopt the questionnaire to review and investigate the newbron birth,hepatitis B vaccine inoculation,parents′ hepatitis B.Take 3 ml vein blood from the informant to test its serum HBsAb titer with America Abbott reagent,so as to qualitatively test HBsAg.Results： Totally 2407 cases,inwhich 3cases HBsAg positive（positive rate 0.147%）,other total effective rate： 2323 cases antibody titer higher than 10 IU,excluding HBsAg positive children,total response rate 96.63%.HBsAb titer ≥10 IU/ml and ≥1000 IU/m 7~12 month children distribution,with month age increasing,the difference has the statistic significance.The HBsAb titer ≥10 IU/ml difference is not significant in different months children.It has significant meaning of titer ≥1000 IU/ml between 8 month and 9 month children,10 month and 11 month children.Conclusion： The Hepatitis B vaccine immunity is effective in the investigated area,HBsAg positive rate is lower than countrywide 0.96%.With month-age increase,HBsAb titer is decreasing.Low titer（10 IU/ml） children occupy certain percentage（3.37%）,they need strengthen immunity timely.
