走向理性的新鲜冰冻血浆输血 被引量：2

摘要 新鲜冰冻血浆（fresh frozen plasma,FFP）是将采集后6 h以内的新鲜抗凝全血,于4℃离心分离,并迅速在-50℃冰冻成块而制成。FFP含全部凝血因子：含血浆蛋白60 g/L^80 g/L,纤维蛋白原2 g/L^4 g/L,其他凝血因子0.7 IU/ml^1.0 IU/ml。在-20℃可保存一年,一年到期后可作为普通血浆使用。虽然目前国内外已发表多篇FFP临床使用的相关报道,且最早可追溯至上世纪70年代[1],
