血清BMP-2、4、7蛋白检测在单纯脑外伤患者异位骨化中的预测价值 被引量:1

摘要 临床上单纯颅脑损伤伴四肢骨折常可见四肢骨折处大量的骨痂过度生长,骨折愈合明显快于普通的单纯骨伤患者,甚至有异位骨化的现象,其主要作用机制尚未明确,可能和多种细胞因子和骨生长因子的相互作用有关。骨成型蛋白(bone morphogenetic proteins,BMP)作为骨生长因子的一种,是局部促进成骨细胞分化和诱导体外成骨的关键,
