摘要
钢渣粉体化是钢渣利用的一大趋势,如何选择一种助磨剂十分关键。文章选用Na2SiO3、MnO2、无水乙醇、三乙醇胺、三聚磷酸钠、多聚磷酸钠、A+B(自制)、红土(含少量稀土元素,产自内蒙古)+三乙醇胺作为助磨剂对钢渣进行粉磨。研究结果表明,A+B复合型助磨剂对钢渣有很好的助磨效果,粉磨效率可以提高9%。本研究为钢渣的粉磨和表面改性提供一定的依据,并对助磨剂吸附机理和表面改性机理进行理论探讨,对寻找更有效的钢渣助磨剂、表面改性剂,以及推动钢渣的开发利用和深加工都有一定的实际意义。
The micronization of steel slag is one of the major trends in utilization.It is essential to select a grinding aid.In this paper sodium silicate,manganese dioxide,absolute ethyl alcohol,triethanolamine,trimeric sodium phosphate,polysodium phosphate,A+B,red earth + triethanolamin are chosen as the grinding aid to increase the efficiency of milling.The results show that A+B is the best grinding aid for steel slag and the efficiency of milling is increased by 9 %.The research offers a certain basis for grinding aid and surface modification of steel slag.And studying the mechanism on grinding aid and surface modification can be helpful to find better grinding aid and surface modification.It will improve the exploitation and deep processing of steel slag.
